Blossoms Over Bricks

You can see this blossom almost everywhere: Mall of Asia, Serendra, Greenbelt, etc… I don’t know what it’s called, but I like the way it looks wilted even if it’s still newly blossomed (see the ones behind the focused one). I post processed this shot to make it look like early morning in summer. I really like the way the lens made the bokeh of the background smooth and almost “creamy”. The shot is not so sharp since the flower was moving. I took several shots but with an aperture of f/1.8, depth of field would be very shallow. That and the blowing wind made me decide that the photo would be better if it was simply made to be soft on purpose.
